Wile E. Coyote Drawing by Robert McKimson (Warner Brothers, c. 1960s-70s). He's forever chasing the Road Runner, and forever falling great distances in his attempts -- that's Wile E. Coyote, who appears here in an original drawing by legendary animation director Robert McKimson (1910 - 1977). This is a large image of Wile E., skating on ice with a pose that suggests he's just thought up a new scheme to catch the Road Runner or his usual second choice, Bugs Bunny. Art is in graphite on a sheet of 12 field 3-peghole paper, with an overall image size of 9.25" x 10". On the reverse side, McKimson added graphite in order to trace the image on to something else, meaning this is in fact a tight preliminary for a painting or another drawing. A photocopied Letter of Authenticity from Robert McKimson Jr. is included. Condition is Very Good, with minor handling wear.
