    Walt Peregoy Don Quixote Illustration (Walt Disney, 1952). A fantastic and rare Walt Peregoy original watercolor painting on 12 field 3-peghole animation paper, of a reclining Don Quixote. Matted with an opening of 6.5" x 4.5", this is rare concept art from the studio's third attempt at making a cartoon based on the Don Quixote story. This is outlined in the book The Disney That Never Was: the Stories and Art of five Decades of Unproduced Animation by Charles Solomon. Signed at the bottom right. Minor handling and edge wear. Matted to an overall size of 14" x 12" and in Fine condition. From the Walt Peregoy Collection.
