Walt Peregoy - 48" x 36" Mixed-Media Original Art (1998). We have in this lot a fantastic and gigantic original pastel painting by the distinguished artist and Disney Legend Walt Peregoy (1925 - 2015). Recognized for his signature avant-garde style, Peregoy was involved in the production of momentous Disney films like Sleeping Beauty, The Sword in the Stone, One Hundred and One Dalmatians, and the 1958 Academy Award-nominated short Paul Bunyan. In the late '70s, Peregoy joined WED Enterprises, participating in the development of EPCOT. Full of color and bold shapes, this incredibly gigantic 48" x 36" mixed-media painting of a dramatic stormy sea landscape featuring boats and sharks, is a perfect example of the emblematic style of Walt Peregoy, showcasing stunning details that invite us to be immersed in the stirring image, signed by the artist in the bottom left corner.
