    Description

Victory Through Air Power Animation Drawings Group of 2 (Walt Disney, 1943). This well-known Disney propaganda short was released at the height of WWII, on 7/17/43. The animation supervisor was David Hand, while famed caricaturist T. Hee worked on the story. Here's a matched set of two 12 field 5-peghole drawings; the first shows a wrecked German warplane, with an image area size of 3.5" x 3", while the second is an effects drawing of smoke from the wreck. Both are in graphite, noted in the lower right corners as 30 and C30. Fine overall condition.
