Description
Two Weeks Vacation Goofy's Mechanic Animation Drawing Sequence of 3 (Walt Disney, 1952). "Looks like all you need is a new motor" the mechanic tells vacationing Goofy, who only pulled in to get a flat tire changed! The hefty Pete-like mechanic appears in this sequence of three original 12 field animation drawings, done in graphite over brown color pencil. The drawings are numbered 507, 515, and 517, and the images can be seen in the Jack Kinney-directed short beginning at the 1:54 timestamp, just as he drops Goofy's car motor into a large crate (which is lightly outlined in blue pencil). The mechanic's average size is 3.75" x 6.25". Condition on the pages is Good to Very Good, with minor handling wear and age-related paper toning.Auction Info
