Truant Officer Donald Donald Duck Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1941). Donald the Truant Officer thinks he has caught Huey, Dewey, and Louie playing hooky, in this short directed by Jack King. Here he stands in full-figure with hat, badge and paddle. This is an original 12 field, 5 peghole production drawing of Donald from around the 5:03 minute mark where he makes his way inside his nephew's burning clubhouse, only to find cooked chickens instead of the ducklings. Donald measures 5" x 4.5", is rendered in graphite, and numbered 37 in the lower right along with animator's notes. The piece shows minor handling; otherwise Condition is Fine.

More Information: EDIT: Italized cartoon name in short description (header).
