    Trader Mickey Animation Drawings Group of 2 (Walt Disney, 1932).
    Mickey Mouse's trip to Africa to sell and trade goods runs into trouble when he and Pluto are abducted by a tribe of cannibals, in this David Hand-directed cartoon, released on 8/20/32. These original drawings show a trussed-up Pluto as the cannibal chef prepares him for "dinner." The artwork was created in graphite on 12 field 2-peghole animation paper. You will see these images around the 2:37 mark. The drawings are numbered 27, (Pluto, measuring 4" x 2.5") and 48, (cannibal chef with salt shaker, measuring 5" x 5"). Condition of these vintage drawings is Very Good.
