Timon and Pumbaa Animation and Storyboard Drawing Group of 91 (Walt Disney, c. 1990s). Here is a remarkably rare and extensive set of animation drawings and storyboards created for a fire safety film shown at Disney resort hotels. They feature the lovable duo of meerkat Timon and warthog Pumbaa originally from the 1994 Disney classic The Lion King. This enormous collection features over 90 original drawings rendered beautifully in graphite with expressive and large depictions of the fan-favorite characters. The 12 field 3-peghole animation paper shows minor handling and edge wear with production numbers written in the lower right corners of the sheets. One sheet is a pan image of a hotel room that measures 16.5" wide. The condition overall is Very Good.Auction Info
