Description

Three Little Wolves Fiddler Pig and Fifer Pig Animation Drawing Signed by Frank Thomas (Walt Disney, 1936). The two carefree Pig brothers are singing "Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf" in this original 12 field, 5-peghole animation drawing. This is from the second sequel to the Silly Symphony hit cartoon The Three Little Pigs (1933), which was followed by The Big Bad Wolf (1934). Disney Legend Fred Moore was the supervising animator on Three Little Wolves; his assistant was a young Frank Thomas (1912 - 2004), who drew this image (his "FT" initials are found right above the number 232 in the lower right corner). This graphite image of the two little pigs measures approximately 3.5" x 3.5". Disney Legend Frank Thomas, one of "Walt's Nine Old Men," hand-signed the drawing directly below the image. A Howard Lowery Certificate of Authenticity is included. Art condition is Very Good with minor edge wear and mild age-related paper toning.
