The Wind in the Willows Mr. Toad Animation Drawing Signed by Frank Thomas (Walt Disney, 1949). Mr. J. Thaddeus Toad is the main character in The Wind in the Willows, which made up a segment in Walt Disney's 1949 animated feature, The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad. Presented is a fantastic animation drawing of Mr. Toad hand-signed by Disney Legend Inductee Frank Thomas (1912 - 2004). Thomas was one of "Walt's Nine Old Men" and a Directing Animator on the film. The piece was rendered in graphite over blue pencil on 12 field animation paper. The page is noted as number 5A in the lower right. Center peg is studio reinforced, with edge wear and mild age-related toning. Condition is Very Good.Auction Info
