The Walt Disney Song Book "Bare Necessities" Jungle Book Illustration Original Art (Walt Disney/Golden Press, 1974). Mowgli and Balloo float down the river while singing the signature song from 1967's The Jungle Book, "Bare Necessities," in this sweet illustration. The Walt Disney Song Book has remained in print for many years (latest version we could find was from 2000), and the song lyrics/piano charts book is still available for sale in many places online. This illustration original art is in gouache with whiteout on a piece of heavy J. Whatman illustration board measuring 20.75" x 8.25", with an approximate image size of 18.5" at its widest point, and 5.75" tall; the main area is 10.75" x 5.75". The artboard has some age-related toning. Very Good condition.Auction Info
