The Simpsons Movie President Schwarzenegger and Mutant Squirrel Animation Drawing (Fox, 2007). "Ach und Himmel!" President Arnold Schwarzenegger holds up a mutated squirrel in this original animation drawing from The Simpson's Movie. This feature-length film was a box office success with one of the highest opening day returns on record. It also received a host of awards and plenty of critical acclaim. Many years in the making, it was initially intended to go into production after the show had ended, but that ending never came. Offered in this lot is an original animation drawing of President Schwarzenegger holding a mutated squirrel with many eyes. The graphite and colored pencil rendering measures 8" x 7" on 16 field animation paper that bears a Fox Studio seal in the lower left. There were no cels used in the making of this film, and only a limited number of original drawings were released for sale to the collector market. This rare image of our most overlooked President is certain to be a unique addition to any Simpson collection. The art is in a 24" x 17" frame under Plexiglas with a mat opening of 16" x 9".
