The Practical Pig Pair of Vintage Animation Drawings (Walt Disney, 1939).
"Who's afraid of the Big Bad Wolf?" This was the last of only four shorts to feature the Three Little Pigs and the penultimate Silly Symphony. It was also the only one labeled as a standalone "Three Little Pigs Cartoon." In this lot we have a terrific drawing of Practical Pig as he pulls the lever to capture the wolf. You will see this image around the 4:37 mark. We also have a fantastic drawing of the wolf as he is being given a lie detector test. You can find this image around the 4:54 mark. Rendered in graphite with red pencil on 12 field 5-peghole animation paper; Practical Pig measures 7.25" tall with the wolf measuring 5" tall. Mild paper toning due to the age of the artwork. Otherwise, Very Good condition.
