    The Phantom Ship Animation Drawings Group of 3 (Warner Brothers, 1936). This cartoon opens with the Bernard puppies Ham and Ex, reading the newspaper headline of "Beans to Hunt for Haunted Treasure Ship Up North." This short was directed by Jack King and released on 2/24/36. This black and white cartoon short was the first one to have the "zooming" Warner Brothers Shield logo in the opening. This is a rare set of three 12 field 2-peghole animation drawings, with two of Beans the Cat with Ham and Ex, and one of the Pirate Peg Leg Captain. Graphite with red pencil highlights; images take up 3" - 7". Each one has a production number in the bottom right corner (91,106,171). Minor handling and edge wear. Some border staining on Peg Leg Pirate, away from image. Overall condition is Good.
