The Opry House Mickey Mouse Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1929). This amazing production drawing by Ub Iwerks is from the short, The Opry House, the fifth Mickey Mouse short ever released. It was co-directed by Walt Disney and Ub Iwerks and released on 3/28/29. It was the very first cartoon to feature Mickey's white gloves. In this short, Mickey owns a theater and he does all the acts himself. Mickey dances on the theater front porch by himself with the broom, in this incredible image of 5". The drawing is numbered 333 on bottom right and has the blue stamped number 1 in top right corner on the reverse of the drawing. Very little artwork from this short is ever seen. Slight fading in the bottom left corner, nowhere near the image. Minor handling wear; otherwise in Fine condition.
