    Description

The Little Mermaid Ariel Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1989). "What's up with her lately?" "Oh, she's got it bad!" say Ariel's sisters. Jodi Benson was the voice for the Ariel, the Little Mermaid. This movie premiered on November 15, 1988 in both New York and Los Angeles, before a wide release on November 17. This film spawned a television series, a Broadway play, direct-to-video sequels and prequels, and coming soon, a live-action movie. Here is a great trimmed animation drawing of Ariel from the original feature-length animated film. This is when she is with her sisters and King Triton, right before the "Under the Sea" musical number which occurs about 28 minutes in. Graphite with blue pencil highlights on this adorable drawing, with an image size of 6". Many drawings have circulated from the television series, but few from the feature film. Drawing is framed with Plexiglas for an overall size of 15" x 15", with a mat opening of 8" x 8". Frame is sold as-is. Artwork condition is Very Good. A screen grab print is included with the artwork.
