Description
The Great Mouse Detective Basil and Olivia Animation Drawing Group of 5 (Walt Disney, 1986). Basil of Baker Street saves Olivia by a hair in the nail-biting clock tower sequence during the climax of The Great Mouse Detective. Seen at the 1:06:31 mark of the film, this sequence of original animation drawings captures a rare, memorable moment of high action. The drawings are rendered in graphite over blue pencil on 16 field 3-peghole animation paper. Timing charts are hand-written on the right side of one piece. The fifth piece in this lot is a studio layout print on 16 field animation paper. The artwork shows minor handling and edge wear, and they contain half-pegholes in the lower right and left corners. Some slight toning. Condition overall is Very Good.Auction Info
