    Description

    The Goddess of Spring Persephone and Pluto Production Drawings (Walt Disney, 1934). This Silly Symphony short, directed by Wilfred Jackson, was one of the earliest in which humans were presented in animated from, and many historians feel it was a precursor to Snow White. The short featured Persephone, the Goddess of Spring, and Pluto, the King of the Underworld, both of whom appear in this great pair of 2-peghole, 12-field animation drawings. Pluto measures a striking 7" tall in graphite with red and blue highlights, and Persephone is in graphite with green and red highlights. in Fine condition with production notations on each.
