The Flintstones "The Prowler" Fred Flintstone Layout Drawing by Dick Bickenbach (Hanna-Barbera, 1960). Fred disguises himself as The Prowler in this charming original layout drawing from the making of the third Flintstones episode "The Prowler." Airing on 12/30/1960, this episode tells the story of Fred as he ill-advisedly attempts to test Wilma's self-defense Judo instincts by posing as a notorious burglar. This fantastic drawing is rendered in graphite on a sheet of 12 field animation paper the hand of the legendary Hanna-Barbera layout artist Dick Bickenbach (1907 - 1994). This drawing is a shining example of the artist's influential visual style during the early years of the Hanna-Barbera studio. The drawing bears the production code P-3, scene number 183, and BG180. The lot includes a printed synopsis of the episode. Overall minor handling and edge wear, and the condition of this rare find is Very Good.
