The Flintstones Storyboard/Concept Drawings Group of 2 (Hanna-Barbera,1964-65). Pair of original hand-drawn storyboard or concept drawings produced for two episodes of The Flintstones. The first is of Fred and Pebbles, done for the Season 4 episode "Reel Trouble." This is a great image of Fred, who in this episode, drives everyone around him crazy when he starts making home movies of Pebbles. Here he is with his ever-so-cute daughter and camera, in graphite with a figure size of 6.25". The second drawing was done for the Season 5 episode, "The Hatrocks Meet the Gruesomes." This scene, of an octopus' arm handing a doll to a young child, appears to have been discarded. The episode did include an octopus, but the Hatrock's youngest was a boy, not a girl. Still a cool piece, with the little girl looking quite closely to Pebbles. Graphite drawing, with the child figure size at 2.75". Both are drawn on 12 field 3-peghole paper with red pencil borders. Good overall condition with handling and edge wear, creasing, and paper loss away from the images.
