The Electric Company Wile E. Coyote Production Drawing Signed by Chuck Jones (Warner Brothers, c. 1970s). From an episode of the PBS series The Electric Company, here's a rare production drawing featuring Wile E. Coyote signed by Chuck Jones (1912 - 2022). The show featured animated shorts, with Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner directed by Jones. The Coyote was rendered in graphite on 12 field animation paper. Noted with "D-21 BG SC D-19" in the upper right area and signed by the legendary cartoon-maker, Chuck Jones. In a career that spanned over 60 years, Jones made more than 300 animated films. In 1996, he received an Honorary Academy Award® for Lifetime Achievement for his work in the animation industry. Matted to 16" x 12" with an aperture of 12" x 9". Despite some superficial wrinkling, light smudging, and edge wear, this RARE drawing is in Very Good condition.Auction Info
