    Description

The Dognapper Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck Animation Drawings Group of 2 (Walt Disney, 1934). Here is a pair of original animation drawings of Mickey and Donald from this very early Disney short. It was Donald's third film and the first to feature both Mickey and Donald as a team. The first drawing features Mickey as he starts up his motorcycle, seen at the 1:11 mark. He measures approximately 5" x 4". The second drawing is a full-body image of a long-billed Donald from the 0:59 mark just as he drops his note pad. Both are rendered in graphite on 12 field 2-peghole paper and numbered 60 and 108 respectively. They exhibit signs of handling and edge wear. Donald has white tape along the top edge on the back of the paper. Condition is Very Good.
