The Dognapper Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1934). When Minnie's pet dog Fifi is abducted by Pete, police officers Mickey and a long-billed Donald race to the rescue, in this original 12 field 2-peghole animation drawing. This early David Hand-directed short featured the third film appearance of Donald Duck; it was also the first to feature Clarence Nash voicing both Donald and Mickey (Walt Disney was in Europe at the time, and unable to record Mickey's lines). The short was released on 11/17/34. Art is in graphite; the main image of Mickey and Donald on a motorcycle has an overall image size of 4" wide by 2.25" tall. The number 12 A is listed in the lower right. Fine condition with light handling wear.
