    The Bugs Bunny Show Bugs Bunny Animation Drawing (Warner Brothers, 1961). "...and now that Oscar-winning rabbit, Mr. Bugs Bunny!" Prime Time animated series The Bugs Bunny Show premiered on Tuesday evening, 10/11/60, on ABC-TV. Chuck Jones, Friz Freleng and Robert McKimson created 52 new wraparound animation segments for this show featuring all the classic Looney Tunes characters. Sponsors Post Cereal and Tang from General Foods featured animated commercial spots on the show, and this graphite image of Bugs is from one of these sponsor segments. Bugs is in his trademark straw hat and cane as worn in the opening number, with a great figure size of 8". Matted with an opening size of 12" x 9", framed with Plexiglas for an overall size of 19" x 17". Frame is sold as-is. Slight crease in top of animation paper, otherwise condition is Very Good.
