    Description

The Brave Little Tailor Mickey Mouse and Giant Animation Drawings Group of 2 (Walt Disney, 1938). A misunderstanding thrusts tailor Mickey into the role of giant killer, in this classic cartoon short directed by Bill Roberts, and released on 9/29/38. Here's an outstanding pair of original 12 field, 5-peghole production drawings featuring Mickey and his oversized adversary from the Academy Award nominated film. The image of Mickey is from around the 2:40 mark and is drawn in graphite with green pencil shadow effects; he measures 4" x 5" wide on a sheet marked 39 in the lower right. The Giant, seen here at the 6:09 mark, is in graphite with red pencil highlights, and a large image size of 6.5" x 5.25". This page is marked as 34 in the lower right. Both drawings have minor handling and edge wear; overall Condition is Fine.
