The Big Bad Wolf Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1934).
The Big Bad Wolf is a Silly Symphony short released on 4/13/34. It is a sequel to The Three Little Pigs that retells the story of Little Red Riding Hood with the addition of the pigs to the story. Refusing the advice of Practical Pig, Little Red Riding Hood, escorted by Fiddler and Fifer, takes the short cut through the woods to Grandma's house. The Big Bad Wolf goes to Grandma's house, where he chases Grandma into the closet and gets in bed disguised as her. This original 12 field 2-peghole animation drawing shows the Wolf chasing Grandma into the closet. The piece was rendered in graphite on 12 field 2-peghole animation paper and noted as 85A in the lower right corner. The art shows only minor age-related toning. Fine condition.
