Susie the Little Blue Coupe Animation Drawings Group of 18 (Walt Disney, 1952). Here's a rare set of 18 rough animation drawings from one of our favorite 1950s Disney cartoons. Susie the Little Blue Coupe is a delightful animated short, directed by Clyde Geronimi, released to theaters on 5/6/52. In it, we see a cute little car as it is purchased new and pampered, then resold and eventually stolen, leaving it in a wrecked shape. The happy ending has a young lad buying her in a junk yard, transforming her into a spiffy hot rod. All the drawings are of Susie, done in graphite (some with added red pencil) on 16 field 3-peghole paper. Image size range from 2.75" to 4". Drawings are numbered 75, 77, 79, 81, 83, 169, 171, 173, 175, 179, 181, 183, 185, 187, 189, S-91, S-93, and S-95. Overall Very Good condition.
