Studio In-House Gag Drawing by Bob Doerfler (Warner Brothers, c. 1940s-50s). A staffer seems to ask a few too many questions to the directors, in this rare in-house studio gag drawing by Warner Brothers animation in-betweener Bob "The Dorf" Doerfler. The blond man with a club looks a bit like legendary director Chuck Jones, and the man with a mustache looks like Robert McKimson, while the little man with the large teeth appears to be Doerfler himself (he was short with buck teeth). Art is in graphite and color pencils on 12 field 2-peghole animation paper, with an approximate overall image size of 10" x 7.5". Good condition with paper toning, old tape, and edge/handling wear.
