Description
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Storybook Illustration by Campbell Grant Original Art (Walt Disney/Simon & Schuster, 1952). The Old Hag turns up at Snow White's window with a "very special" apple in this original Big Golden Book illustration. The gorgeous art is by Campbell Grant (1909 - 1992), who worked as an animator on the 1937 Disney film (as well as on Pinocchio, and he also served as a writer on Fantasia and several others). This classic Page 26 illustration is in gouache and color pencils on Bristol board, with an approximate image size of 8" x 8". The condition is Very Good, with minor handling and edge wear, and old glue staining on the reverse side.More information about Grant, Campbell Artist.
