Description

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Snow White Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1937). Snow White happily gathers flowers for a bouquet in this charming original animation drawing from Walt Disney's groundbreaking animated feature film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. This lovely drawing was created for the moment seen at the 7:51 mark of the film, during the fateful end of the first act when the Huntsman fails to kill Snow White under the Evil Queen's orders. This stunning piece is rendered in graphite with hand-colored color pencil flower highlights on 16 field 5-peghole animation paper. The drawing was originally sold through the Courvoisier Art Gallery Program, bearing an official Copyright Walt Disney stamp and an embossed "1937 Walt Disney Prod." stamp at the bottom edge. Snow White measures a centered 3.5" tall, and the drawing bears the hand-written numbers 1767 and 3a-1. Overall minor handling and edge wear with age-related toning, and the condition of this rare treasure from the very first Disney animated feature film is Very Good.
