    Description

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Original Storyboard Animation Art (Walt Disney, 1937).
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is considered to be Walt Disney's most significant achievement, his first-ever animated feature film. This historical moment in motion picture history changed the medium of animation. This is a terrific storyboard from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. A storyboard is a graphic representation of how the film will unfold, shot by shot. It's made up of a number of panels with illustrations or pictures representing each shot and what's going on in the scene. In this storyboard we see Doc and Sneezy in the bedroom of the dwarf's cottage from the sequence in which they meet Snow White and decide to let her stay. This is a strikingly good full figure portrait of a very confident Doc. The piece measures 8" x 6", rendered in graphite and red pencil on animation paper. The storyboard has pin holes in the top corners where they were tacked to the wall for story meetings. Storyboards from any film are regarded as rare and a very desirable addition to any animation art collection. Age-related toning, Otherwise, Good condition.
