    Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Grumpy Animation Roughs Group of 11 (Walt Disney, 1937). "Mark my words, there's trouble a-brewing" says Grumpy when the dwarfs return home and see smoke coming out of their cottage chimney. This is a series of eleven animation roughs of Grumpy holding back Sneezy, Sleepy, and Bashful. The dwarfs were primarily animated in this film by Fred Moore and Bill Tytla. This is graphite on trimmed 16 field 5-peghole animation paper, trimmed to 15.5" x 9.5". Pegholes are intact. The sheets are numbered 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, and 61. Image sizes are 6" x 4". Nice sequence of rough animation. Minor handling and edge wear. Good condition. From the Cecil Beard Estate.
