Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Evil Queen Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1937). "The heart of a pig! Then I've been tricked!" Says the Evil Queen at the 48:49 mark of Disney's first full-length animated film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, as her piercing eyes look at us. From the scene that featured the villainous character realizing that Snow White is still alive, presented in this lot is a sensational animation drawing that shows the Evil Queen holding the chest that contains a pig's heart meant to deceive her. Featuring a stamp in the bottom left corner that reads "Prod. 2001 Seq. 7A Scene 4," this animation drawing is from a sequence animated by the great Art Babbit (1907 - 1992) and shows the first Disney film villain measuring 5.25" x 9.25", rendered in graphite and numbered 166A in the bottom right corner. This magnificent drawing is offered on a Plexiglas-fronted 19.75" x 17.75" frame with an 11.5" x 9.25" mat opening. The animation drawing presents toned reinforced pegholes, faint stains on the right and top edges, and overall very light age-related toning and minor handling wear from production.
