Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1937).
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was America's first feature-length animated film. It was also the first one in English, and the first in Technicolor. Disney has had a lot of "firsts." This Walt Disney masterpiece, premiered on 12/21/37, and was an adaptation of the Brothers Grimm fairy tale, in which an evil queen attempts to have her stepdaughter murdered because she was jealous of her beauty and wanted to be "the fairest in the land." Ultimately Snow White escapes and is given shelter by seven dwarfs in their cottage in the forest. From Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs we have a terrific animation drawing of Snow White. Measuring 6" tall, this hand-drawn piece was rendered in graphite with colored pencil on 12 field 5-peghole animation paper. Mild paper toning due to aging. Very Good condition.
