Sleeping Beauty Lackey Animation Drawing Sequence of 4 (Walt Disney, 1959). Taking advantage of King Stefan and King Hubert's fight over the plans to marry Princess Aurora, the Lackey takes away the wine that would go otherwise wasted using his trusty lute. From the 1959 Disney film Sleeping Beauty, we have a sequence of four great animation drawings rendering the scene at the 42:21 mark of the film, rendered in graphite with colored pencil details on 16-field three-peghole animation paper. The drawings are numbered F-15, 30, 66, and 83 in the bottom right corner. All the drawings present reinforced pegholes, and they show light toning with minor handling and edge wear from production.
