    Sleeping Beauty King Hubert Production Drawing (Walt Disney, 1959).
    In 1959 Walt Disney released his 16th animated feature film, Sleeping Beauty. The film would go on to become a much beloved classic. From Sleeping Beauty we have a production drawing of King Hubert, animated by John Lounsbery (1911 - 1976) one of Walt Disney's "Nine Old Men" and voiced by comedian, Bill Thompson (1913 - 1971). The drawing was rendered in graphite on 16 field animation paper. The artwork is in a 17" x 17" frame under Plexiglas with an opening of 10.75" x 10.75". Frame sold as-is. The image of King Hubert measures 7.5" tall. Production art from Sleeping Beauty is arguably very rare making this a fantastic opportunity to acquire a piece of vintage Disney art.
