Description
Sleeping Beauty Children's Story Book Illustration Art Group (Walt Disney, c. 1990s). A group of three pages of inked drawings on slick white paper, done for Disney Consumer Products book job #5474. Pages include images of the Three Fairy Godmothers (approximate image size 4.5" x 4.5") marked Pg-3; Prince Phillip and his horse, 5" x 5", plus three small images of Phillip's face, a bird in flight, and a chipmunk, marked Pg-4; and complete scene of Briar Rose dancing with her animal friends, image area 12" x 8", marked Pg-6. In addition, a fourth page duplicating this scene is included; most of the figures are taped-in-position photostats, with added hand-drawn images of birds, a rabbit, a squirrel, and a chipmunk surrounding the main characters, all drawn in graphite and blue pencil on paper, with a combined image area of 16" x 8". This item is in Very Good condition, while the three inked pages are Excellent.Auction Info
