Description
Retta Scott "Old House" Painting (c. 1950s-60s). Original watercolor painting of a house front, with palm trees in the front yard, from the hand of Disney Legend Inductee, Ms. Retta Scott. (1916-1990). This may be from the time when Retta lived in Hawaii. She moved around a great deal due to her husband's career in the US Navy. She sold watercolor paintings wherever she lived. This superb unsigned painting (most unsold paintings were not signed) is a watercolor on Somerset acid free rag art paper measuring 22.5" x 15". Minor handling and edge wear. Very Good condition.
