    Retta Scott Dumbo Tigers Animation Drawings Group of 3 (Walt Disney, 1941). Retta Scott was Walt Disney studio's first screen credited female animator. She attended the Chouinard Art Institute and reportedly spent a great deal of time sketching wildlife at the Griffith Park Zoo. Here is a series of three stunning sketches of tigers, from the hand of Scott. Done in charcoal and graphite on 16 field animation paper, these studies were done as reference for Dumbo. The stunning images measure 12" to 13". Minor handling and edge wear, and slight border stains. Fine condition. From the Retta Scott Archives.
