Description
Pocahontas Flit Animation Drawings Set of 6 (Walt Disney, 1995). In the 33rd Disney animated feature film, Pocahontas, she had a pet Hummingbird named Flit who prefers Kocoum over John Smith but eventually befriends him. Animating this tiny character with the nonstop fluttering wings had to be a challenge. That challenge was left up to animator Dave Pruiksma. The character was voiced by longtime sound effects and voice-over talent, Frank Welker. This is a series of six fantastic animation drawings of Flit. The lot shows Flit in a full range of emotions. Each images measures 5" - 7" and was created using graphite and red pencil on 16 field, 3-peghole animation paper. The drawings are numbered 155, 252, 263, 275, 284, and 290. Minor handling and edge wear; artwork is in Very Good condition.Auction Info
