Description

Pinocchio Pinocchio and Lampwick Animation Drawings Set of 2 (Walt Disney, 1940). "Oh, boy! This is the life, huh, Pinoky?" Lampwick asks Pinocchio during their time at the infamous Pleasure Island, blissfully unaware of what is about to happen. These outstanding 12 field 5-peghole animation drawings show Lampwick enjoying himself with a cigar and cue stick while Pinocchio, looking a little sick, tries to ready his own stick with a cigar in his mouth. The drawings, done in graphite with color pencil, can be found around 59:46 and 1:00:32. This is mere minutes before Lampwick turns into a donkey. The drawings measure roughly 3.75'' x 7.25'' and 5.5'' x 6.75''. The first page is numbered 23 and the second five. The second page has additional production stamp for 2003, Sequence 8.3, and Scene 13. The pages show minor age-related toning and edge wear with light wrinkling. One page incudes faint tape residue in the top right. Very Good condition overall.
