Description

Pinocchio Original Blue Fairy Production Drawing (Walt Disney, 1940). This rare and exquisite original production drawing features the Blue Fairy from Walt Disney's Pinocchio (1940), captured in a pivotal moment near the 49:58 timestamp. In this emotional scene, the Blue Fairy visits Pinocchio, locked in Stromboli's birdcage, and gently warns, "Very well, but this is the last time I can help you," highlighting the seriousness of his path toward becoming a real boy. A magical figure who grants Geppetto's wish and guides Pinocchio alongside Jiminy Cricket, the Blue Fairy appears in only three scenes throughout the film, making original production drawings like this exceptionally rare. Rendered in graphite on 16-field animation paper and numbered 25, the drawing features a studio production stamp in the lower right corner indicating Production 2003, Sequence 4.9, Scene 39. Animated by Jack Campbell and voiced by Evelyn Venable, the drawing is in vintage Good condition with typical toning and edge wear. A stunning and highly collectible piece from Disney's Golden Age.
