Pinocchio In a Cage Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1940). "Pinocchio, why didn't you go to school?" A superb original 12 field 5-peghole animation drawing of Pinocchio, while he is in the birdcage in Stromboli's wagon. This is the scene where Pinocchio is reunited with Jimmy Cricket, and is visited by the Blue Fairy for a second time. Outstanding image size of 8", in graphite with detailed yellow, green and red pencil highlights. The drawing is stamped 2003/4.8.12. This is one of the largest Pinocchio drawings we have come across! Minor handling and edge wear. Very Good condition.
