    Description

Pinocchio Figaro Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1940). Figaro the Cat was largely the creation of Eric Larson. Figaro was so loved in this film that he went on to star in a few theatrical shorts with Cleo, and with Pluto and Minnie Mouse. This is a very rare original animation drawing that was initially sold through the Courvoisier Art Program. It has the familiar "Original WDP" stamp on bottom lower corner. The drawing was trimmed for the art program. The great smiling full-figure image of Figaro measures 4", drawn in graphite with red pencil highlights. What an adorable image! Framed using glass, matted with an opening size of 7" x 8" in a frame measuring 11" x 12". Some tape marks in each corner, otherwise Fine condition.
