Pinocchio Animation/Color Model Drawing (Walt Disney, 1940). Pinocchio swings in the locked bird cage Stromboli placed him in ("To me you are belonging!" Stromboli says when Pinocchio tries to leave), in this original 12 field 5-peghole animation/color model drawing. This is the scene where Pinocchio and Jiminy Cricket have a tearful reunion, seen at about the 45:07 mark; soon, the Blue Fairy returns to teach Pinocchio not to tell lies. Great image of Pinoke with a smile on his face (in the film, a tear is running down his cheek). The art is in graphite with green and red pencil highlights, and an overall image size of 5.5" x 8". The drawing includes color call-out notes and a Disney Studio production stamp; below the stamp, in the lower right corner, the sequence number 12 is written. The drawing is matted with an opening of 11.5" x 9.25", and is framed with Plexiglas for an overall size of 21.5" x 21.5" x 1". Minor handling wear. Very Good condition.
