Description

Peter Pan Production Drawing (Walt Disney, 1953). The cast and crew of Walt Disney's classic film Peter Pan reads like a "who's-who" of animation. All of "Walt's Nine Old Men" were directing animators with character animation by the likes of Fred Moore and Bill Justice. Color and Styling by Mary Blair and John Hench, Backgrounds by Eyvind Earle just to name few. The results speak for themselves as Peter Pan maintains an impressive 75% "fresh" rating on Rotten Tomatoes. From Peter Pan we have a terrific animation drawing of the boy who wouldn't grow up. The piece was rendered in graphite on 16 field 3-peghole animation paper. The image of Peter measures a whopping 8.5" tall. The piece is noted as number 63 and in a frame of 21.75" x 18.75" under glass with a mat opening of 15" x 12". Frame sold as-is. Artwork is in Very Good condition.
