Peter Pan Book Illustrations Group of 2 Illustration (Walt Disney, c. 1970s). Captain Hook and his ship, the Jolly Roger, are featured in this pair of original line-art illustrations. The first is an image of Hook surfing a wave, only to find Tick-Tock the Crocodile waiting for him -- yow! The art is in ink on heavyweight paper, with an image are measuring approximately 12" x 14", and is noted at the top, in blue pencil, "Diary," the month of July, and production number 4801. There is a tear along the left side that goes into Tick-Tock, with tape repair on the backside. The second ink on paper piece shows the entire Jolly Roger with Peter Pan flying past the sails; Mr. Smee is shown jumping overboard, while Hook is falling off the plank as Tick-Tock waits below. Art is in ink, with Hook's leg and Peter's head replacement art that has been glued on (by the artist); these have toned yellow. Image size is approximately 16.5" x 14", with page number 21 and production number 3709 in the upper margin. Good overall condition.
