Peter Pan Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1953).
The eternally youthful imp Peter Pan signals to his friends in this original production drawing from Disney Studio's 14th animated feature film. It was the final Disney film in which all nine members of Disney's "Nine Old Men" worked together as directing animators. The image measures 6" x 8" in graphite and red pencil with dark blue penciling indicating an overlaying shape or shadow. Rendered on an oversized sheet of 16 field animation paper; the art is matted and framed under glass with a mat opening of 9.25" x 11.5" in a 17" x 18" frame. Incredible detail in Peter's face. The piece shows minor handling and condition is Fine.
