Peter Pan Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1953). "I never thought about it before." Peter is stumped in this fantastic animation drawing, trying his best to remember what Wendy and her brothers need to fly. From the 1953 Walt Disney classic Peter Pan, this historic animated feature was the studio's last film in which all the members of Walt's Nine Old Men worked together as directing animators. With animation of the boy who wouldn't grow up, Peter, supervised by the talented Milt Kahl. Leading up to the "You Can Fly" song sequence this captured moment is seen at about 16:32 timestamp of the film. Rendered in graphite pencil this piece measures approximately 5.25" x 5.5" on the 12 field 3-peg hole sheet of animation paper. With light edge wear from production handling and faint age-related toning, this lot is in Very Good condition.Auction Info
