Pete's Dragon Elliott Original Production Drawing (Walt Disney, 1977).
Pete's Dragon is the story of a young orphan boy named Pete who enters a small fishing town in Maine after fleeing his abusive foster family. His only friend is Elliott, a dragon who also acts as his protector. Elliott can make himself invisible and is generally visible only to Pete, which occasionally lands him in trouble with the locals. The film was live action with animation by Don Bluth. In this lot we have a wonderful drawing of Elliott, designed by Ken Anderson. The drawing was rendered in blue pencil on 16 field, 3-peghole animation paper with an image area of 9" x 9". The center peghole has been reinforced, very mild edge wear. Condition is Very Good.
